DIGISTICKER® is a revolutionary method of printing on clothing that combines various advanced techniques for applying patterns to fabric. It is characterized by exceptionally high print quality, exceeding traditional methods such as screen printing, DTG or DTF. Thanks to DIGISTICKER® technology, we achieve unprecedented image detail and color intensity. The version with foam filling gives a three-dimensional effect, which makes the finished products unique on the market. It makes the print gain 3D depth and is soft to the touch. This modern technology allows you to create clothes with a unique expression, perfectly reflecting the individual style and vision of customers.

DIGISTICKER^® DESIGN CATALOG

The DIGISTICKER® catalog is a rich collection of original designs, perfectly suited to various needs and preferences. It contains a wide selection of themes for women, men and children. The graphics available in the catalog have been individually prepared for the DIGISTICKER® technology and are not available anywhere else. Thanks to this, every customer will find a design that will perfectly meet their expectations and allow them to stand out on the market. Each pattern is available in two versions – with a background (printing in a rectangle or square) and without a background (printing the main graphic element along its outline without a background).

WHAT IS DIGISTICKER^®?

DIGI (short for „digital”) and STICKER – meaning „digital sticker” – is the best description of what DIGISTICKER^® is. It is a high-quality sticker made from fabric that can be applied to any piece of clothing.

DIGISTICKER^® is a new printing technology that combines the advantages of sublimation printing with the ability to be applied to any type of garment – from cotton t-shirts and hoodies to other items made from various materials. It was created from the desire to combine the high quality of digital sublimation printing with fabrics that were previously unsuitable for this method, such as cotton.

This method has been reported to the Patent Office. The process of making the sticker is complex and multi-step. Original DIGISTICKER® stickers can only be ordered through distributors.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF DIGISTICKER^®?

The offer currently includes four types of DIGISTICKER® stickers:

Flat sticker with background: Standard DIGISTICKER® with a uniform, even surface. Sticker in the form of a rectangle or square – the graphic has a background apart from the main object.
Flat sticker without background: Standard DIGISTICKER® with a uniform, even surface. A sticker cut into an irregular shape – in line with the object in the graphic.
Convex sticker with background, 3D print: DIGISTICKER® with a clearly protruding surface, creating a visible three-dimensional effect. Sticker in the form of a rectangle or square – the graphic has a background apart from the main object.
Convex sticker without background, 3D print: DIGISTICKER® with a clearly protruding surface, creating a clear three-dimensional effect. A sticker cut into an irregular shape – in line with the object in the graphic.

Due to the layered nature of the prints, the area on which they are located may have slightly limited breathability compared to the rest, e.g. a T-shirt. This is a natural result of the process of creating flat and convex DIGISTICKER® stickers, which, however, does not significantly affect the overall wearing comfort.

What creates the 3D effect?

SA special foam, approved for use in the clothing industry, is the core of the DIGISTICKER^® technology. Its application allows for the 3D effect, giving the print a clearly raised structure and enhanced visual depth. Each design is individually crafted to highlight the details of the graphic as effectively as possible.

Are the stickers permanent?

Yes. DIGISTICKER® stickers are extremely durable – they do not fade, do not clash, and do not chip. They can be washed in a washing machine at a temperature of up to 40 degrees. Due to the sublimation printing method used, it is not recommended to dry them in tumble dryers or use bleach. When ironing, avoid the place where the sticker was applied.

How i s the sticker attached to fabric?

DIGISTICKER® stickers use a flexible adhesive layer that is activated under the influence of appropriate temperature and makes the print permanently bond to the material. Thanks to its high flexibility, the sticker „works” with the material.

CAN I ORDER MY OWN PATTERN AS A DIGISTICKER®?

Yes, it is possible to prepare a customer’s pattern for the DIGISTICKER® technique. Ask your distributor for details.
